Always the life of the party. She would be happy I posted this picture. |
I don't really know what to say except I will be leaving on Wednesday morning to help my sister. [I know that sounds incredibly selfish and I should write lovely things about my Mom - she deserves it and I will. Soon.]
But can you feel like an orphan at 44?
I think so.
Thank you for all your kind words. I can always count on you tadpoles. Thank you.
I love you my Momma.

hugs....I am sorry for your loss. know that there are lots of people out here who are thinking of you and wishing we could be there to give you a great big hug..
Awww - I'm so, so sorry. I know that words are just that - words - but hopefully you can feel the love and care in the words of your friends, use them to wrap you in our embrace, focus on them to feel us share in your sorrow and loss, and remember them when you need to grab onto something for a little bit of strength.
May God keep you safe and know that He is there in the midst of all the trouble, sorrow, and sadness in this time; He will be there for all of the tomorrows, when you need a hug or comfort, and when you can reminisce with family over the good times.
oh, my Skippy. I'm truly am sorry. You and your beautiful family will be in my thoughts today.
so sorry for your loss. And yes you can feel like an orphan at 44.
Skippy, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I wish there was something I could do to help. Please know that I am thinking of you and sending you many hugs.
I'm so sorry for your loss Skippy. I don't know what more to say. I hope everything goes smoothly and that love and fond memories will help everyone get along ('cause funerals and weddings...nothing causes much turmoil and strife).
I just read the post above this one about your brother. Well, you should have stories to tell us soon.
Take care x0x0x
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss of your mother. I can't even imagine, but want you to know that you have my deepest sympathy. Losing someone you love is never easy...I equate it to losing a piece of your life puzzle...at least that is how I have felt since my brother passed away. I will be praying for you as the days go by.
My deepest sympathies. That photo shows a lady who enjoyed life and really, what more can you ask than that?
I love this picture! And while you say you and your sister take after your dad, I see a lot of your mom in your face too.
Wish I could have met her when we hit the beach. Watch for rainbows.
hugs
Aww Skippy- I'm so sorry! Know that my thought/prayers are with you during this sad time!
Oh honey! I'm just now catching up on everyone's blogs - I am so sorry!
I'm speechless with no words of comfort. Just I'm sorry.
