Care Package For Squirrel - Your Ideas to Be Included

I am putting together a care package for Squirrel on Sunday - And for fun, fresh, wacky ideas I am turning to y'all.

I want your wacky ideas - it can be anything you want - within reason - I am not sending her $100 worth of quarters to do laundry for example - but what would be fun, silly, useful, tacky, weird?

I am going shopping this weekend - but so far I only have stamps, stationary and homemade cookies.

C'mon gang - give it your best shot!  You are all so creative I know you can come up with FUN stuff.

I will include this post in the box.

Thanks so much for any ideas!

Fall inspired ideas, soft stay- at-home socks, pumpkin scented lotions, battery operated candles.... That's all I got, I'm a fall lover.

Foil (for leftovers from the dining hall)
Glad or Ziplock containers (packed with cookies)
A roll of toilet paper (because you always run out)
Toothpaste (it will run out too)
Poptarts (who doesn't love poptarts?)
A picture of her bedroom to prove you haven't rented it out yet
A picture of you guys blowing her a kiss
A can of mixed nuts (not a reflection of the above suggestion)
Gift card to local eatery, especially one that delivers

bouncy balls, silly string, playdoh, the dollar store is awesome!! Some fun markers of all different colors, maybe a couple of those portable board games, stuffed animal. I actually just bought the best little thing at Bath and Body works- it's a battery operated scent fan- you use essential oils and it is a little fan..makes the room smell super yummy and it's legal in a dorm room...some fun halloween decorations...that's all I got for right now..

Gosh all the others have such good ideas. Me, Sweet Man...we got nothing, trust me, I polled the house......we got nothing that is any better than the tadpoles.

wow - those are great ideas. i love the "gift card basket" idea. love the socks, too (i'm a sock lover - got lots of little footies for the winter). maybe some wacky socks.

another thing that a friend of mine did with her daughter is she bought one item for her and one item for her daughter - identical. when each of them wore the item (could be anything), it would remind them of the love shared between the two. maybe you could get squirrel and wallene matching night-shirts and they could be reminded of each other's company when they wore them. just a thought...

Hmmmmm...the dollar store is GREAT for this kind of stuff-how about:
-a hello kitty sticker book or coloring book/crayons/markers- Stef LOVED that? It could be disney princesses etc.....
-sticky decals for their windows in the door...
-SNACKS!!!!!!
-ring pops...
-what ever her favorite candy was as a kid.. wax lips/nerds?/??? stuff like that.
-decorations to stream from the ceiling in her room.. halloween lights???
-funny socks.. like the kind with toes
-crazy boxer shorts- girls wear'em in the dorm to sleep in/ or a cute pair of jammies
-a halloween themed box with decorations/ (like the little mardi gra/zorro masks/candy/etc....
-a new scarf/gloves etc....
-silly slippers....
-lip balm- burts bees kind or whatever....
-does she like chocolate? M & M's always a favorite

Well I don't know what she would want, but I'm a student too, so I would like my carepackage to include the cookies, and cookies, and stuff a few of those cookies...you get my drift, right?

okay. so I missed the deadline. But there will more care packages, I'm sure. Send her pics of you guys! Fun silly pics, even. Freshly snapped shots she's never seen before to make her smiles.

Wait. It's a care package. Doh! As in something she could use to live on. Gah! I'm not good at this (yet).
