Oh, I did that too when my kids were little. One year I cut out a bunch of plain small hearts out of red construction paper and I secretly tucked them all around and in things that my husband would see and use during the day.
You are definitely THE MOM. I am so not. My kids would give me the look if I had tried that. My husband could get away with it though. He's the sentimental one. It's good that one of us is.
good lord - does childservices have nothing better to do with "his" life than to try and poison the air with his discontentment?
love the sandwich. my kids loved it when i did that, too. heart-shaped pancakes were also a big hit. sometimes, it's the simple things in life that leave the biggest impact.
Such a sweet thought, SkippyMom, and I'm sure Walleen appreciated it! You really are a very special Mum (sorry, Mom!). Sending you big hugs from across that pond!
Okay showoff, so what's with the cuties even....tee hee. I made heart shaped pancakes this morning and Ry told me his looked a little more like a lumpy elephant. Rotten child. LOL THe Olde Bagg angrewit is the vert word. Okay so I didn't scold Ry or get angrewit him.

I always thought Valentine's Day was for kids. That's a cute sandwich.
Child Services...if it's a poison sandwich, eat it and die already. Get lost.
