It's Not Why They Call Me Skippy, But. . .

I think this should be my signature cupcake:

Peanut Butter and Jelly Filled Yellow Cupcakes

I made them for Wallene's Band Banquet
 Completely from scratch
Yum!

They are so yummy with Peanut Butter Buttercream frosting and Strawberry Jelly.  We are only taking a dozen because...well....we ate the rest. :D

And yes - they are made with Skippy peanut butter - all natural/lower sodium.

Have a great weekend.  See ya' on the flipside!

I'm not really a peanut butter and jelly fan, but these look delicious! I would probably only be taking 6 :)

YAY! Skippy's here ! Happy happy dance!! :) and double :) :)
My goodness me my little friend, I am so impressed by these beautiful, cute little cupcakes that you have made here (and from scratch as well!!). They look as good as any I've ever seen in a shop window. Just wish that I lived closer so that I could pop in for a chat and a cupcake! Been thinking of you all dear friend and remembering you in my prayers. Love you! x

These look delicious! They also look very professionally done. Did you use some kind of tip on a frosting bag to get the swirls? If I ever get out that way, you'll have to make me a batch with Seedless Black Raspberry filling.
Hope you are holding your own and feeling as good as you can.

Much Peace sent your way

I thought you were called Skippy after Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. I used to watch it when I was a kid. Youtube it.

those look absolutely delish! isaiah would love them. lol - he'd start with eating just the frosting and then he'd move on to the cupcake. hahaha! he eats in layers.

(i'm making chicken pot pie today; ron can't wait as i've been promising it all week.)
