...as my child's teacher, please make sure not to make me giggle over one of your own.
Wallene received her interim today. For English she is holding a steady "B". Good [we're happy], but Wallene is a good student and her teacher knows she could probably do better - so he added this little tidbit:
"Wallene has been making more and more careless errors as the quarter as unfolded." [Yes, that should read "has".]
I love you Mr. B - I do and so does Wallene, but.......um...thanks?

That's funny right there.
if he 'ad written it 'as it would have been correct?
i 'ad to aks...
Hilarious! I think you should send it back to Mr. B. and tell him that you sat down with Wallene to discuss this and she noticed his careless error. Maybe even circle it with the deadly red pen!
At least he got her name right. I had a teacher write someone elses name on my report once leaving us wondering if she even knew who she was teaching
Oh my goodness, that is just too funny! LOL! I definitely think that you should hand it back in to him, with a red circle!! Poor man, but it's just so funny in the context that he has written it. Then he goes and makes that stupid mistake. DOH! Hopefully it gave you all a good laugh! Not long til the vacation!! YAY!
that right there is funny talking about careless errors then goes and makes one to cute
HA HA!!..........
I love it :)
Wow! That "number guy" above my first comment is a piece of work, eh!! Ha Ha! Got another laugh out of that one! I know I'm gonna race right over and read his blog! NOT! ;)

Hehe, love it when teachers make errors like this! Happy Friday!
Return it corrected - with a happy face too!

Oh that is priceless~~ So glad it was the English teacher's error as it means so much more doesn't it? hahahaha.
I'm counting down the days!!

Happy first day of vacation!!!!!!!!!!
wow - missed number guy's comment. wonder if it was our "friendly" child protective services buddy...
congrats on the good grade - even if she could do better.
Just started reading your blog today (found you through Barista Brat) so figured I'd say Hi! I read all the way back to your "Bringing the A-game" post, so I guess you deserve to know a bit about me. I'm 27, a single mom with an incredible 3 year old daughter and an awesome boyfriend. I also have CHF, diagnosed in October. Anyways, feel free to follow me over on LiveJournal if you wish; I rarely post anything of substance, but I plan on changing that soon! Thank you for such an interesting peek into your life!
Priceless!
