My Vacuum Cleaner Has Two "Attack the Dog" Buttons

No kidding.  Check this out:

The buttons read "Power", "Spot", "Clean" and "Max".

How much fun that we have one of these:
Spot
Noes da' Mommas.  Not dat.
And my Mom had one of those:
My Mom's beloved Max

Heehee.  We bought the Rhoomba for my Mom seven years ago to help out because we knew she couldn't vacuum.  Now that Mom has passed my sister thought it would be a nice thing to return it because I [duh] can't vacuum.

While it was running tonight Pooldad mentioned  to me that "Hey did you know this thing has a Spot button?" which made me laugh because it does seem to target the dog and then I realized it also had a Max button which made me laugh harder.  It's a twofer!

I love this little guy.  It works like a charm especially with the shedding machine that is Scooby.

The best part tho'? It chases Spot as it used to chase Max.  Scooby?  Well it simply bumps into him and moves on.  I am not kidding.  He just moans and rolls over.

True story - Maxie used to climb on it [when he was an 8 oz puppy] and ride around while it cleaned.

No - I have never claimed doxies are normal.  You know better.

Entertainment while your house is being cleaned.  What more could a woman ask for?

How much fun have you had vacuuming lately?

Have a great Wednesday Tadpoles.  Only 3 days 'til Christmas! Squeeeee

Good Morning,
I have always wondered if that gadgit really works. My little "Taco Bell" dog would get more exercise chasing that thing around. Oh, my middle daughter has a cat named Max who is 16 years old. Got him when she was 20 and now she is 36. Scooped litter every day for the past 16 years. What a life.

I could use one of those to deal with the cat hair. Always thought they were pretty funky machines. Thank you for reminding me I need to vacumm before saturday too. *sigh

Now that's what I call a sense of humor. I can just see you sitting there watching this thing go and laughing while making mental notes to write about. See why I missed you?

Hi SkippyMom,re. the hoovering, I don't have as much fun as you do, obviously!! That's really funny, having the dogs' names like that! Seriously though, I've never seen one of those little machines before. Looks so cute, and I WANT ONE!! LOL!

My kid wanted to invent a roomba but then it came out.

I've got central vac which I like just fine - the dog has never been afraid of it but does view it as a play enemy when he's got too much energy.

Yesterday, I did a serious vacuuming of the rec room and found "tips" of $1.63. Not fun, and not overly profitable either but not a total loss. Also found some socks a hat and a couple of pens.

Wish I had one of those, but more, I wish you had a picture of the dog riding around atop the machine. How cute.

So glad your back to blogging. (Maybe one of these days I'll get the time to post - after Christmas!)

Great post - makes me want a Romba now.

Hope your enjoying your Holiday. We have been getting rained on like its going out of style. I'm loving it, but need to go build my arc.

Merry Christma!

That is sooo funny about the Roomba. Poor Spot. My vacuum has no such button and the dog fears it probably as much as Spot. :-)

Happy Holidays!

I'm still laughing at the thought of the dog riding it!

wondered if those things worked or not. just what i need around here since i can't vacuum and can't seem to get anyone else to do it either. i've threatened to hook the sweeper up to ron's jazzy and let him zip around with it. then, i wake up and have a visual of what could happen {shudders at the thought).

Out of the much benefits of owning a dog, there are also quite a few drawbacks. Picking out their shed fur around the house is a nightmare, but you can’t stop the shedding and you can’t leave your house dirty. Therefore the only thing you can do is pick up that vacuum and make your home shine, at least for a day.
