When Asked....

....what I wanted for dinner tonight, I answered:

Popcorn and a Pepsi
With:
Chocolate goodness!
I really want to go to the movies tonight and THIS is the best combination EVER of movie theater snacks.

Pooldad got the hint [love you "Strun"] and we are going to see "The King's Speech" this evening.

How exciting is that?

    We never go to movies ..... but ..... I have a popcorn machine. The other night while he who was at work I had a craving for popcorn and confess that I made a batch in the big machine. Of course, I had to clean the machine (no small task) and the birds were happy when I threw the leftovers onto the iced over snow. No Pepsi, I am a Coke girl. Have fun tonight!

    Oh, I hope that you and Pooldad enjoy The Kings Speech! As you know, I raved about it, so I hope you won't be disappointed. Don't forget to listen out for the music as well.     great movie snack combo (but mine would be diet pepsi - can't "drink" my calories or my sugar; prefer them in solid form!).

    ron wants to get out this weekend, too so we will probably take in a matinee tomorrow followed by dinner out.

    Not sure about the goobers - I like raisins but otherwise - perfect dinner!

    Saw the movie a couple weeks ago & I liked it. My mother wasn't so impressed though. I guess it just wasn't how she remembered it.

    I love going to the movies and getting the movie popcorn! It doesn't matter if I've just eaten dinner, either...I still can't resist the popcorn after I smell it!

    I've hear that The Kings' Speech is very goood. It's on my list of movies to see, too.

    we don't go to the movie that often either. during one period when we didn't have any work we went to the Friday matinee and snuck our own candy and drinks in.
