Not a football fan; my sister-in-law was in the stands in Cinci watching her beloved Bengals get their b*tts whupped. Freezing to watch failure; makes sense to me!
It does look like you are making the best of a bad situation. However, I'm wondering about the wad of cash and scratch pad of ideas(?) plans(?) football bets(?) on your bed.

BTW, I officially cast on the second sock, and since you don't knit, I'll tell you that's a big deal. I suffer dreadfully from second sock syndrome. Soon!
Sounds like a good time was had by all. And now I leave the land of blog to go forth and shower!!!!!!!!! The fix to the water yesterday lasted only long enough to wash the dishes before a pipe burst, flooding the laundry room and a good bit of the house! I am going to get my shower before another set back!!!!!!!
Okay - Linda - Keeping Pooldad off my bad leg was harder than the monster dog. Monster dog won for cuddling.
And everyone is so interested in the money - for Linda and Amy - it was withdrawl from our checking account I hadn't put away yet. I don't keep my wallet in bed. :)
